    Individual therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to be vague or sugar-coated. I offer a space where you can expect honesty, clarity, and compassionate feedback that helps you truly grow. Together, we’ll look at what’s working—and what isn’t—with curiosity, non-judgment, and a willingness to get to the heart of things.

My approach is direct but supportive. I’ll challenge you when needed, sit with you in the hard moments, and help you make sense of the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that are holding you back. We’ll work together to build more self-awareness and direction.

    Couples Therapy

I believe whether you're dating, married, polyamorous, or exploring non-traditional partnerships, couples therapy helps people create the relationship they want in an intentional way. Like many other things in our lives, great relationships are built. Improving communication, navigating conflict, rewriting unhelpful stuck stories, building trust, and reconnecting to shared values and goals are just some of the things I like to address in couples therapy. My work affirms diverse relationship structures, cultures, and identities. If you're looking to navigate big decisions like getting married, having a child, shifting relationship dynamics or structures, or other big life transformations, therapy is incredible for those transitions and I often find it is the difference between growing together rather than apart.

    Group Therapy

Facilitating groups is something I have always enjoyed in therapy as well as in my corporate life. Group therapy brings people together to explore shared challenges and learn from one another in a mutual, supportive space. Groups are a powerful way to reduce isolation, practice new relational patterns, and gain perspective in community. I've facilitated everything from grief groups, to meditation groups, to leadership groups and many other topics in between.

    Organizational Psychology

Bridging human insight with organizational transformation is one of my main strengths. With experience as both a therapist and executive leader in the nonprofit tech sector, I help mission-driven teams navigate growth, change, and complexity with clarity, directness, and care. My work supports organizations through transitions, culture shifts, leadership development, and burnout prevention—grounded in principles of systems and design thinking, trauma-informed leadership, and organizational psychology. Whether you're restructuring, scaling, or re-centering your mission, I offer consultation that balances strategy with the emotional realities of change.
